These regions were selected for their vulnerability to climate change and dependence on rain-fed agriculture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Using IoT-based soil sensors, real-time weather data, and automated irrigation systems, researchers tracked productivity changes in crops like wheat, cotton, and soybean.
